If the Moment Skis are found to be defective, in the judgment of Moment, in it's sole discretion, Moment's only responsibility and obligation shall be to repair or replace the defective Moment Skis. Moment offers FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING for full price orders over $400 USD placed at momentskis.com. This promotion does not apply to discounted, pro deal, custom or on sale product. Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Skis are typically shipped via Fedex Ground or Fedex International Economy, in some countries we use USPS. Fedex 2-Day shipping is available but does cost extra depending on your location and the weight of the package. This option is available during checkout.

We ship internationally using Fedex International Economy. If your country is not listed in the drop down for shipping, please contact customer service at email@example.com for an international shipping quote. International orders may be subject to import fees, customs, duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. which are not included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
