Moment offers FREE SHIPPING for full price orders over $400 USD within the USA. This promotion does not apply to discounted, pro deal, custom or on sale product. Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Skis are typically shipped via Fedex Ground or Fedex International Economy, in some countries we use USPS. Fedex 2-Day shipping is available but does cost extra depending on your location and the weight of the package. This option is available during checkout.

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know us by email at info@momentskis.com

We can not ship skis to a P.O. Box.

Return shipping is not free.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally using Fedex International Economy. If your country is not listed in the drop down for shipping, please contact customer service at info@momentskis.com for an international shipping quote. International orders may be subject to import fees, customs, duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. which are not included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy:

We accept returns of our goods in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase. If your item(s) meets this criteria, please contact customer service at info@momentskis.com . Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process:

Contact info@momentskis.com for a return authorization.  After you have received the okay, please send your return to the following address. Please include a copy of your original packing slip with reference to your email or phone conversation. Ship to:

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your credit card statement once we receive the product.
