Moment offers discounted flat rate shipping for full price ski orders. This promotion does not apply to discounted, pro deal, custom or on sale product.

 

USA (Lower 48) - $25

USA (Alaska) - $150

CANADA - $50

REST OF WORLD - $200

 

Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.

 

Skis are shipped via Fedex Ground or Fedex International Economy. Fedex 2-Day shipping is available but does cost extra depending on your location and the weight of the package. This option is available during checkout.

 

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know us by email at info@momentskis.com

 

We can not ship large items, including but not limited to, skis, poles, and ski bags, to a P.O. Box or APO service.

Return shipping is not free.

 

International Shipping:

We ship internationally using Fedex International Economy. If your country is not listed in the drop down for shipping, please contact customer service at info@momentskis.com for an international shipping quote. International orders may be subject to import fees, customs, duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. which are not included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns:

We accept returns of our goods in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase. If your item(s) meets this criteria, please request a return through your account page. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you are located in the European Union, you may also exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order by using our EU Withdrawal Form.

 

Return Process:

Navigate to your account page, find the order you would like to return, select items for return, and select request return.

We will review your return and respond via email. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for a response.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your credit card statement once we receive the product.
