Moment offers discounted flat-rate shipping for full-price ski orders. This promotion does not apply to discounted, pro deal, custom, or on-sale products.

Processing & Delivery

Our current order processing time is 1–2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this time, your order is safely packed and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.

Skis are typically shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx International Economy; in some countries we use USPS. FedEx 2-Day shipping is available for an additional cost based on your location and package weight, and can be selected during checkout.

If your order experiences a delay beyond the normal processing and shipment time, please email us at info@momentskis.com.

Please note: We cannot ship skis to a P.O. Box.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using FedEx International Economy. If your country isn't listed in the shipping drop-down at checkout, contact us at info@momentskis.com for a quote.

International orders may be subject to import fees, customs, duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and similar charges, which are not included in the prices or shipping costs on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
