All of skis are made in our Reno, NV USA factory. Owned and operated by Moment Skis. USA made since day one.
Can I tour the factory?

How does the 2-Year Warranty work?
Please read our 2-YEAR WARRANTY POLICY.
If you think you have an issue email us at firstname.lastname@example.org please provide proof of purchase and photos of the problem. Once we review the email we may have you send the skis back for repair or replacement.
Our warranty policy applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only.
You can order skis directly from this website. All orders placed at momentskis.com will ship directly from the Moment Skis factory in the USA.

How can I return an order?
We accept returns for 30 days after the purchase. Skis must be unmounted and in brand new condition.

Where should I mount my bindings?
All of our skis come with a stamp printed on the left sidewall of each ski. The large center triangle is the factory recommended mount point. Its the location we tested and designed the skis sidecut and rocker around.
What size bit should I use to mount?
We recommend a 3.6x9mm mounting bit and lots and lots of waterproof glue in the holes. Bit specifications can also be found on the the tech badge printed underfoot on all skis.
What are the edge bevels for Moment skis?
We ship all of our skis with a 1-degree base edge and 1-degree side edge bevel and ceramic polish. We also de-tune the tip and tails so your skis will perform great right out of the packaging.
Do I need to wax my skis before I take them out?
We wax then hot box all of our skis for 3 hours at 120 degrees F. This allows the skis to have a great wax right out of the package. Its a great universal wax that works great in all conditions. That being said, more wax on a fresh pair of bases never hurt.
