FAQ

All of our skis come with a stamp printed on the left sidewall of each
ski. The large center triangle is the factory recommended mount point.
It's the location we found skied best during the development of the
skis. If you move the mount point forward the ski will become more
turny. If you move the mount point back the ski will become more
sluggish. The alternate triangles on the sidewall stamp are printed in
1cm increments.

We recommend a 3.6x9mm mounting bit for most skis, skis with metal
(Commander Series) require a 4.1x9mm and an ample amount of waterproof
glue in the holes.

We ship all of our skis with a 1-degree base edge and 1.5-degree side
edge bevel and ceramic polish. We also de-tune the tip and tails so your
skis will perform great right out of the packaging.

We demo skis out of our factory store Tues-Fri 8am-6pm for free. No reservations on ski models. First come, first serve.

We offer free shipping on all orders $400+ in the USA. Shipping rates
vary per country and for order below $400. Start the checkout process on
the site and our website will give you a shipping quote. You, the
customer, are responsible for all duties and taxes for all international

Please read our 2-YEAR WARRANTY POLICY.

If you think you have an issue email us at info@momentskis.com please
provide proof of purchase and photos of the problem. Once we review the
email we may have you send the skis back for repair or replacement.

Our warranty policy applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only.

You can order skis directly from this website. All orders placed at
momentskis.com will ship directly from the Moment Skis factory in the
USA.

We accept returns for 30 days after the purchase. Skis must be unmounted and in brand new condition.
