Refund policy

If you purchased your product directly from Moment Skis, you may request a return of NEW and/or UNUSED product within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging — skis must be unmounted. Returns are available to the original purchaser only and require a valid Moment Skis order confirmation.

Purchased from an authorized dealer? Please contact that dealer directly for return assistance — this policy applies only to orders placed on MomentSkis.com.

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your account and open the order you'd like to return.
  2. Select Return Items, choose the product(s), and follow the instructions to submit your request.
  3. We'll email you when we receive your request, and again once it has been approved or denied.

Important: Please do NOT ship anything back until you receive an approval email from us.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original (outbound) shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive the product for the refund to appear on your statement.

Items We Can't Accept

  • Skis that have been mounted or used (mounting voids return eligibility)
  • Sale, clearance, pro deal, or custom-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original, unused condition or missing original packaging

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Manufacturing defects are covered under our 2-Year Warranty rather than this return policy. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at info@momentskis.com and we'll make it right.
