COUNT ON YOUR GEAR WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST

Moment, LLC. ("Moment") warrants the original retail purchaser that new Moment skis are free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If the Moment Skis are found to be defective, in the judgment of Moment, in it's sole discretion, Moment's only responsibility and obligation shall be to repair or replace the defective Moment Skis. This warranty is subject to the following limitations:

The warranty applies only to Moment Skis purchased from authorized ski dealers or MomentSkis.com.
This warranty is not transferable, and is valid only for the original retail purchaser. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, which clearly identifies the dealer.
All products returned to Moment for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorization, please contact us to receive authorization.
Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Skis mounted more than once. Only one set of drilled screw holes is allowable. More than one recognizable mount and/or filling holes and re-mounting the ski voids this Warranty.
- Damage that is impact related, including damage from rocks and other obstacles such as but not limited to: rails and boxes.
- Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings.
- Damage to the top of the skis caused by the bindings or other foreign material.
- Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings, including bindings pulling out of the ski. If your mount is done improperly or the wrong size bit is used to drill the holes – both the width and depth of the mounting holes – then the warranty is void.
- Improper mounting - waterproof wood glue not used. Recommended glue: Titebond III
- Damage caused by use of solvents or adhesives.
- Cosmetic damage including top sheet dents or chips, sun-faded graphics, and edge oxidation or rust.
- Damage caused by ski to ski contact
- Normal wear and tear.
This warranty is void if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the Moment Skis that are not specifically approved in writing by Moment.
Repaired or replaced Moment Skis are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.

All warranties implied under any applicable law, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly disclaimed. All warranties, written, oral, or implied, are expressly limited to the period and term of this warranty. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties of any nature. The laws of some regions require different or longer terms for warranties, or prohibit certain disclaimers or limitations of warranties. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state, country to country, region to region.

Skis are typically shipped via Fedex Ground or Fedex International Economy, in some countries we use USPS. Fedex 2-Day shipping is available but does cost extra depending on your location and the weight of the package. This option is available during checkout.

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know us by email at info@momentskis.com

We can not ship skis to a P.O. Box.

Return shipping is not free.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally using Fedex International Economy. If your country is not listed in the drop down for shipping, please contact customer service at info@momentskis.com for an international shipping quote. International orders may be subject to import fees, customs, duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. which are not included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy:

We accept returns of our goods in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase. If your item(s) meets this criteria, please contact customer service at info@momentskis.com . Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process:

Contact us for a return authorization - we will follow up with additional instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your credit card statement once we receive the product.

The Deathwish incorporates deep rocker lines and a progressive mount point. This means it skis shorter than many other skis, don't be afraid to size up.
If you are still on the fence and ski confidently and aggressively size up. If you ski more conservatively or timidly size down.
Beginner assumes a basic understanding of and ability to ski. For those who have never skied or cannot ski down runs without falling we recommend renting/demoing to start.

Triple Camber Twin Rocker

Rocker at the tip and tail, low center camber and two sections of micro-camber embedded in front of and behind the binding. Rocker and low camber let the ski surf and slash in powder, while micro-camber sections create focused edge pressure on hardpack for carving.

: Full length, knot free, vertically laminated in house. Strong, damp and burly, European beech provides the pinnacle of composure and calmness at the highest speeds in the most challenging conditions.
: Extruded sidewalls constructed of modified Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) provide stiffness, dampening, and durability, which allow for more impact resistance and easier repairs that stay put so you can bring the abuse year after year, season after season.
: A custom blend of triaxial fiberglass and carbon fiber that provides torsional rigidity along with longitudinal pop and composure at speed.
: We use a textured nylon topsheet material enhanced with sublimated graphics‒a non-toxic and eco-friendly alternative to silkscreen. We chose this topsheet material to ensure optimal durability and impact resistance while maintaining crisp and bright graphics.
: Skis are tools not treasures and that means they need to take a beating which is why we use carbon infused sintered UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight PolyEthylene). Harder, faster and with better wax absorption and retention than extruded bases this is the industry leader for performance and longevity.
: Rubberized VDS foil is placed at strategic locations throughout the construction to increase bond strength and provide vibration damping for more stability and increased control.
: There are only a handful of edge manufacturers in the world. We go straight to the source for the best of the best. We use only 2.2mm Rockwell 48 hardened steel edges. Heat treated additionally in house to ensure you get nothing but the absolute most out of your skis.

The Moment Deathwish 104 is hands-down the perfect ski. The Triple Camber profile is absolute magic—it allows the ski to pivot and slash effortlessly in tight trees and soft snow, yet it locks in with serrated-knife grip on hardpack and chop. It feels telepathic underfoot, balancing a damp, charging feel with a surfy playfulness that works in 90% of conditions.

I love this platform so much that I’m actually planning to buy a second, shorter pair. While my current length is great for charging, a shorter setup would be the ultimate hack for effortless cruiser days and side hits. If you are looking for one ski to do it all, this is it.

I’m 41. Born in 1984. Girl dad. Second real season skiing. I still say things like “rad” unironically, grew up rewinding VHS tapes, and I measure progress by whether my knees hurt before or after lunch.

Enter the 2024/2024 Deathwish 104 in a 179. Yeah, end of season sale.

These skis have been an absolute cheat code for my progression. I’m firmly in my “crushing blues” era, starting to flirt with steeper terrain, and every time I click into these things I feel like I’m getting away with something. They’re stable, forgiving, but still playful enough to make me feel like I know what I’m doing, even when I absolutely don’t.

According to my Carv rating / Ski IQ (which I trust slightly more than my own confidence), I’m progressing fast. Like, noticeably fast. Turns are cleaner, edge engagement is more intuitive, and variable snow that used to sketch me out now feels… manageable? Fun, even? Witchcraft.

And let’s talk real-world mountain conditions. I nearly witnessed a teenager get absolutely wiped off the planet because he was TikToking head-down while skiing straight into the active path of a snowcat. No awareness. Zero survival instinct. Meanwhile, I’m over here on my Deathwish, fully present, scanning terrain, skiing with intention like a responsible elder millennial who knows snowcats don’t care about your algorithm.

The skis feel planted but not boring. Forgiving but not dull. They don’t punish mistakes, but they reward doing things right, which is huge when you’re learning fast and trying to build confidence instead of fear.

Also… the wolves topsheet? Sick AF. I didn’t buy them just for the graphic, but let’s be honest… it matters. These skis look mean, and somehow that translates into skiing better. Science probably backs that up.

Bottom line: I’ve enjoyed every moment on these skis (yeah, I said it). They’ve made skiing more fun, more confidence-inspiring, and more addictive. For anyone progressing, especially those of us who didn’t grow up skiing but are all-in now—this ski rips.
