BINDINGS

Resort - for skiing exclusively at the resort, accessing runs via chairlifts or other mechanical means, no uphill walking.

Touring - for skiing exclusively outside the resort, walking uphill to earn your turns.

Crossover - for skiing inside and outside the resort, great for one setup to do both resort and touring skiing.

The number in the product title is the highest release value for that binding.

12 - 14 is great for most skiers, and shops will rarely (if ever) set your release value to the maximum value.

15 + is for skiers who prioritize higher release values for more aggressive skiing and higher speeds through variable conditions.

All bindings are available with different brake widths, measured in millimeters.

Pick the brake width that is closest to the waist width of your skis.

It's okay if the binding brake is slightly wider or slightly skinnier than the ski, brakes will accommodate skis with a waist width within + / - 6 millimeters.
