Moment, LLC. ("Moment") warrants the original retail purchaser that Moment skis are free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If the Moment Skis are found to be defective, in the judgment of Moment, in it's sole discretion, Moment's only responsibility and obligation shall be to repair or replace the defective Moment Skis. This warranty is subject to the following limitations:

The warranty applies only to Moment Skis purchased from authorized ski dealers or MomentSkis.com.
This warranty is not transferable, and is valid only for the original retail purchaser. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, which clearly identifies the dealer.

Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
- A. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- B. Damage that is impact related, including damage from rocks and other obstacles such as but not limited to: rails and boxes.
- C. Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings.
- D. Damage to the top of the skis caused by the bindings or other foreign material.
- E. Damage caused by use of solvents.
- F. Minor or cosmetic cracks or chips in the top sheet.
- G. Normal wear and tear.
This warranty is void if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the Moment Skis that are not specifically approved in writing by Moment.
Repaired or replaced Moment Skis are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.

All warranties implied under any applicable law, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly disclaimed. All warranties, written, oral, or implied, are expressly limited to the period and term of this warranty. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties of any nature. The laws of some regions require different or longer terms for warranties, or prohibit certain disclaimers or limitations of warranties. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state, country to country, region to region.

Moment offers FREE SHIPPING for full price orders over $450 USD within the USA. This promotion does not apply to discounted, pro deal, custom or on sale product. Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Skis are typically shipped via Fedex Ground or Fedex International Economy, in some countries we use USPS. Fedex 2-Day shipping is available but does cost extra depending on your location and the weight of the package. This option is available during checkout.

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know us by email at info@momentskis.com

We can not ship skis to a P.O. Box.

We ship internationally using Fedex International Economy. If your country is not listed in the drop down for shipping, please contact customer service at info@momentskis.com for an international shipping quote. International orders may be subject to import fees, customs, duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. which are not included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy:

We accept returns of our goods in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase. If your item(s) meets this criteria, please contact customer service at info@momentskis.com . Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

With everything happening under one roof, we have ultimate control over every aspect of our skis, and no detail goes unchecked.

: Extruded sidewalls constructed of modified Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) provide stiffness, dampening, and durability, which allow for more impact resistance and easier repairs that stay put so you can bring the abuse year after year, season after season.
: A custom blend of triaxial fiberglass and carbon fiber that provides torsional rigidity along with longitudinal pop and composure at speed.
: We use a textured nylon topsheet material enhanced with sublimated graphics‒a non-toxic and eco-friendly alternative to silkscreen. We chose this topsheet material to ensure optimal durability and impact resistance while maintaining crisp and bright graphics.
: Skis are tools not treasures and that means they need to take a beating which is why use carbon infused sintered UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight PolyEthylene). Harder, faster and with better wax absorption and retention than extruded bases this is the industry leader for performance and longevity.
: Rubberized VDS foil is placed at strategic locations throughout the construction to increase bond strength and provide vibration damping for more stability and increased control.
: There are only a handful of edge manufacturers in the world. We go straight to the source for the best of the best. We use only 2.2mm Rockwell 48 hardened steel edges. Heat treated additionally in house to ensure you get nothing but the absolute most out of your skis.
