Designed for touring missions with a powder payoff, the Deathwish Tour 112 brings downhill soul to uphill ambition. Wide enough to surf the softest snow, light enough to keep you moving all day, and powerful enough to hold an edge when the conditions inevitably shift for the worse. The light-but-burly construction makes committing to those bigger days a bit easier to justify, while the wider platform and Triple Camber rocker profile ensure it’s all gas, no brakes when you hit the goods. If your backcountry style leans fast, committed, and just a bit on the edge of chaos, the Deathwish Tour 112 is the tool you want underfoot when it’s time to drop.

We can split your order up into multiple payments so that you get your skis, poles, bindings and other gear now, then pay them off later.
While the brake width might be smaller or larger than the waist of the ski, the bindings suggested here are guaranteed to fit the ski.
Typically, bindings can fit skis that have widths of 7 to 9 mm smaller or larger than the listed brake size, depending on the binding model.
We recommend the Look Pivot with a brake width of 95 mm for the Wildcat 101, even though the Wildcat’s waist width is 6 mm wider than the brake width of the Look Pivot.
On the other hand, we recommend the Look Pivot with a brake width of 115 mm for the Countach 110, even though the Countach’s waist width is 5 mm slimmer than the brake width of the Look Pivot.
We’ve carefully curated these recommended bindings for every ski we make, but you can always select another option - see all bindings.
And of course, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to chat with us on the website or send us a message.

Rocker at the tip and tail, low center camber and two sections of micro-camber embedded in front of and behind the binding. Rocker and low camber let the ski surf and slash in powder, while micro-camber sections create focused edge pressure on hardpack for carving.
Full length, knot free, vertically laminated in house. Our unique touring oriented core offers unrivaled energy in an ultralight package. No hollow dead feeling here. The real deal, just light on its feet so you can go back for more.
Extruded sidewalls constructed of modified Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) provide stiffness, dampening, and durability, which allow for more impact resistance and easier repairs that stay put so you can bring the abuse year after year, season after season.
A combination of custom lighter triaxial and carbon fiber designed to compliment our touring cores makes the uphill easier without sacrificing fun on the way back down.
We use a textured nylon topsheet material enhanced with sublimated graphics‒a non-toxic and eco-friendly alternative to silkscreen. We chose this topsheet material to ensure optimal durability and impact resistance while maintaining crisp and bright graphics.
Skis are tools not treasures and that means they need to take a beating which is why we use carbon infused sintered UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight PolyEthylene). Harder, faster and with better wax absorption and retention than extruded bases this is the industry leader for performance and longevity.
Rubberized VDS foil is placed at strategic locations throughout the construction to increase bond strength and provide vibration damping for more stability and increased control.
There are only a handful of edge manufacturers in the world. We go straight to the source for the best of the best. We use only 2.2mm Rockwell 48 hardened steel edges. Heat treated additionally in house to ensure you get nothing but the absolute most out of your skis.
Bottom line: awesome all around relatively lightweight touring ski. Great in soft snow and holds an edge well in firm conditions.184cm mounted on the line with ATK Evo Raider 13. I'm 5'9" 175lbs; expert skier in my early 50s - not hucking stuff or skiing super spicy lines anymore (but the skis could). Got these as a mid-winter touring ski and they were the only ski I took for a 10-day Japan trip (50/50 resort and touring). So far I have 15+ days on them in a wide range of conditions. Before Japan, I skied a few days of hardpack in bounds to learn the skis - a quick study! While I wouldn't want these as my only inbounds ski I was surprised how composed they are in fast/firm conditions. A little chatter at speed on hardpack, but able hold an edge well even on near-ice - pretty cool for a wide, light, rockered platform. But easy to release anytime to scrub speed, even on weird, grippy, skied-out Cascade concrete. Definitely punch above their weight in firm snow.In soft snow - everything from PNW mank to cold deep Japow - I've found them to be predictable and forgiving, snappy and quick, able to scrub speed at will, and still stable at higher speeds. Really good in soft crud…they get thrown around a little, but definitely enough ski to stay in control and keep it fun - again, surprising to me given their weight. In summary - they do everything well, are super fun to ski, and disappear going uphill. You could certainly find a better ski for any one condition/purpose, but I've never had a single ski that does so many things so well, especially as a do-everything touring ski.
I was jealous of all my tall (male) friends' powder skis, but the market for skis greater than 110mm in width for us shorter folks (women) is a bit slim. I took a gamble on the Deathwish 112 in 174cm, and it's been an absolute blast! I came from a set of Backland 102s that I constantly felt backseat in, and the Deathwishes have been a total game changer. Not only are these skis a dream to pop around on in deep pow days (shorter people get more face shots!), I feel that I can really drive the skis in an aggressive, inbounds-skiing style such that I feel much more confident in scratchy/crusty/choppy conditions.Loved them so much I bought a set of the standard Deathwishes to ski on in the resort! For reference I am 5'5" and 125lbs. Luckily with the generous helping of tip and tail rocker, the Deathwishes do ski a little short for the length.
Life is too short for boring skis. I bought these as pow skis and at this point I take them out pretty much every day that it isn't full on technical ski mountaineering. They are light enough to go on proper missions and substantial enough to rip big turns on open faces in the backcountry. Moment hits the sweet spot on weight and stiffness in these skis where unless you don't have to hold yourself back unless you're on really beat up snow. Obviously pow is a blast, but they also are supportable on corn and really hold an edge when you can bend the ski. Most importantly they make zipper crusts and rained on, heavy PNW "edgeable pow" pretty fun which matters when you're a sicko who goes out in crummy ski conditions a lot. The deep tail splay can be kind of annoying on the skintrack sometimes and hampers some anchoring and steep ski techniques, but it is also a big part of why I like the ski on the down, especially in bad snow. I got them in the 190cm size for maximum floatation and sometimes think if I got the 184s I'd like them even more and in more places, but I guess that just means I would probably love the DWT 104s in that size.
