      • This is a general guideline and is only a basic suggestion of the proper size. Where you ski, how you ski, and what skis you've ridden in the past should be taken into consideration.
      • The Deathwish incorporates deep rocker lines and a progressive mount point. This means it skis shorter than many other skis, don't be afraid to size up.
      • If you are still on the fence and ski confidently and aggressively size up. If you ski more conservatively or timidly size down.
      • Beginner assumes a basic understanding of and ability to ski. For those who have never skied or cannot ski down runs without falling we recommend renting/demoing to start.
If you are unsure, have questions, or feel your recommended size is incorrect, please chat, call or email us. We are happy to discuss specific sizing based on your build, skiing style, and existing quiver / past skis.

    ingredients

Full length, knot free, vertically laminated in house. Strong, damp and burly, European beech provides the pinnacle of composure and calmness at the highest speeds in the most challenging conditions.

Extruded sidewalls constructed of modified Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) provide stiffness, dampening, and durability, which allow for more impact resistance and easier repairs that stay put so you can bring the abuse year after year, season after season.

A custom blend of triaxial fiberglass and carbon fiber that provides torsional rigidity along with longitudinal pop and composure at speed.

We use a textured nylon topsheet material enhanced with sublimated graphics‒a non-toxic and eco-friendly alternative to silkscreen. We chose this topsheet material to ensure optimal durability and impact resistance while maintaining crisp and bright graphics.

Skis are tools not treasures and that means they need to take a beating which is why we use carbon infused sintered UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight PolyEthylene). Harder, faster and with better wax absorption and retention than extruded bases this is the industry leader for performance and longevity.

Rubberized VDS foil is placed at strategic locations throughout the construction to increase bond strength and provide vibration damping for more stability and increased control.

There are only a handful of edge manufacturers in the world. We go straight to the source for the best of the best. We use only 2.2mm Rockwell 48 hardened steel edges. Heat treated additionally in house to ensure you get nothing but the absolute most out of your skis.

    Deathwish? Naw, it’s a Lifewish 👍

Long story short, this ski quickly became a staple in my quiver, excelling at everything I threw at it. I’ve been skiing the 190 Wildcat 118 as my daily driver at Big Sky for years, and was hesitant to commit to a shorter and much narrower ski for a lot of reasons. But the Deathwish 104 has me so hooked they started getting thrown in the back of the truck just as often as any other pair I own. Quick and nimble in every condition, while maintaining the stability at speed that Moment is famous for, the Deathwish 104 easily and effortlessly initiates a turn and pops you out down the fall line. From diving deep on pow days, ripping through moguls and crud, to hot laps in the park and navigating steep spring corn, this ski is truly ready for it all. Get on em!! 🤘

    Deathwish 104…second pair

I love the Deathwish so much, I bought a second pair! The ski responds beautifully in all conditions and especially up on the Cascade volcanoes where the conditions change rapidly. I skin with them and though they are a touch heavier than specific tour skis, I love the confidence of them while skiing 5000’ vertical feet down from ice to corn in one day. Plus, the demon dog graphics are bad ass! Keep crushing it Moment!

    Rockin Deathwish 104

I went through quite the struggle off the bat with things that were out of my control, first the shop mounted my bindings back instead of forward, so they had to replace the ski, then those skis delammed and had a weird bump in the middle but Moment customer service was super quick and apologetic for the ski, I know things get messed up and that’s normal and was very happy with the customer service team. They sent me a new pair and I returned the faulty ones for them to inspect and study. Haven’t had a single issue since. I love how stiff they are yet the triple camber absolutely throws you, be it on groomed park or few times I took them in the pow, if you go for a pop, it’ll fly. And the switch skiing feels the same as forward. Kudos to moment
