2 YEAR WARRANTY

COUNT ON YOUR GEAR WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST

Moment, LLC. ("Moment") warrants the original retail purchaser that new Moment skis are free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If the Moment Skis are found to be defective, in the judgment of Moment, in it's sole discretion, Moment's only responsibility and obligation shall be to repair or replace the defective Moment Skis. This warranty is subject to the following limitations:

1. The warranty applies only to Moment Skis purchased from authorized ski dealers or MomentSkis.com.
2. This warranty is not transferable, and is valid only for the original retail purchaser. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, which clearly identifies the dealer.
3. All products returned to Moment for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorization, please contact us to receive authorization.
4. Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
   • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
   • Skis mounted more than once. Only one set of drilled screw holes is allowable. More than one recognizable mount and/or filling holes and re-mounting the ski voids this Warranty.
   • Damage that is impact related, including damage from rocks and other obstacles such as but not limited to: rails and boxes.
   • Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings.
   • Damage to the top of the skis caused by the bindings or other foreign material.
   • Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings, including bindings pulling out of the ski. If your mount is done improperly or the wrong size bit is used to drill the holes – both the width and depth of the mounting holes – then the warranty is void.
   • Improper mounting - waterproof wood glue not used. Recommended glue:  Titebond III
     
   • Damage caused by use of solvents or adhesives.
   • Cosmetic damage including top sheet dents or chips, sun-faded graphics, and edge oxidation or rust.
   • Damage caused by ski to ski contact
   • Normal wear and tear.
5. This warranty is void if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the Moment Skis that are not specifically approved in writing by Moment.
6. Repaired or replaced Moment Skis are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.

All warranties implied under any applicable law, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly disclaimed. All warranties, written, oral, or implied, are expressly limited to the period and term of this warranty. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties of any nature. The laws of some regions require different or longer terms for warranties, or prohibit certain disclaimers or limitations of warranties. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state, country to country, region to region.

Moment offers discounted flat rate shipping for full price ski orders. This promotion does not apply to discounted, pro deal, custom or on sale product.

USA (Lower 48) - $25

USA (Alaska) - $150

CANADA - $50

Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.

Skis are typically shipped via Fedex Ground or Fedex International Economy, in some countries we use USPS. Fedex 2-Day shipping is available but does cost extra depending on your location and the weight of the package. This option is available during checkout.

We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know us by email at info@momentskis.com

We can not ship skis to a P.O. Box.

Return shipping is not free.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally using Fedex International Economy. If your country is not listed in the drop down for shipping, please contact customer service at info@momentskis.com for an international shipping quote. International orders may be subject to import fees, customs, duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. which are not included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy:

We accept returns of our goods in brand new condition within 30 days of purchase. If your item(s) meets this criteria, please contact customer service at info@momentskis.com . Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process:

Contact us for a return authorization - we will follow up with additional instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your credit card statement once we receive the product.

We can split your order up into multiple payments so that you get your skis, poles, bindings and other gear now, then pay them off later.

DON'T WORRY, WE'VE GOT YOUR BACK

While the brake width might be smaller or larger than the waist of the ski, the bindings suggested here are guaranteed to fit the ski.

Typically, bindings can fit skis that have widths of 7 to 9 mm smaller or larger than the listed brake size, depending on the binding model.

We recommend the Look Pivot with a brake width of 95 mm for the Wildcat 101, even though the Wildcat’s waist width is 6 mm wider than the brake width of the Look Pivot.

On the other hand, we recommend the Look Pivot with a brake width of 115 mm for the Countach 110, even though the Countach’s waist width is 5 mm slimmer than the brake width of the Look Pivot.

We’ve carefully curated these recommended bindings for every ski we make, but you can always select another option - see all bindings.
